Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of migra-check (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree not to engage in any of the activities below. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code, models, or prompts underlying the Service.
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to access the Service outside of documented APIs and published rate limits.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
• Using the Service to analyze systems you are not authorized to access or test.
• Using output of the Service to plan, facilitate, or execute attacks against any database, application, or infrastructure you do not own or have permission to test.
• Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Uploading malware, or content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.

2. Sensitive Data

Do not submit secrets, credentials, API keys, production row data, or personal data inside SQL scripts or schema metadata submitted to the Service. migra-check is designed to analyze DDL and schema-level migrations. Scripts and metadata you submit are transmitted to our AI subprocessor for analysis. Any sensitive content that ends up in submissions is your responsibility.

3. Fair Use

Paid plans include a defined number of analyses per billing period. We reserve the right to enforce fair use limits to protect Service availability and to prevent abuse, including throttling or blocking traffic that appears automated, abusive, or disproportionate.
